In the end if you’re changing oil every 3k any of them work good as long as it’s 5w30 full synthetic. Question: Do u recomend this oil for a subaru wrx sti 2013 sedan Answer: Motul makes high performance, synthetic motor oils. I guess ill be sticking with my motul X CLEAN EFE 5w30 Too. Gonna try to change my oil once more before winter hits, probably gonna go with QuakerState I hear good things about their oil, or Amsoil. Most people wont need a 30 weight if theyre using a robust 20 weight like Motul. For vehicles that are Euro 4, 5 or 6 emission regulation compliant and require an ACEA C3 engine oil i.e. Subaru 5w-30 the far left is motul O wow I was confused there for a second. I believe X-clean and EFE only come in 30 weight, hence why I went with the Eco-lite. Approved by BMW Group, GM (General Motors) Opel. I'm sure your car has an oil cooler and that may also be the source, I do not know if the Motul is capable of leeching copper. In addition to changing to something like the Castrol 0W40, I would definitely shorten your next OCI and sample at 2500 or so (don't drain yet until analysis comes back), but to try to flush the copper to see if there is a real issue, you could buy a cheaper semi/syn and run it for a day or two, then drain & fill with the Castrol. OPEL, MERCEDES and VW for its EFE - Extra Fuel Economy - property. I don't know too much about how the lower-SAPS oils interact with ethanol blends, but that may also be an issue. RECOMMENDATIONS HONDA, HYUNDAI, KIA, MITSUBISHI, NISSAN, SSANGYONG, SUBARU, SUZUKI, TOYOTA Engines compliant with Euro 4, 5 and 6 emission regulations are fitted with sensitive exhaust gas after treatment systems. NISSAN, SUBARU, SUZUKI, SSANGYONG, TOYOTA. It's out of grade, has lost nearly 2.5cSt which either means significant shearing, fuel, or both, and you've got an unknown source of copper. I don't want to be negative because there's a soft spot in my heart for Subarus, but IMHO you need to find a different oil because this one just isn't doing you any favors.
